About Marine Outfitters Son, Steve was a certified watercraft, ATV and boat technitian with Marine Outfitters until his passing on Jan. 15th 2006 Daughter, Shanon McPhail joined the company fulltime in the sales department in 2005. Our Service Department has two technitians that are certified in Indmar and Arctic Cat. Marin Outfitters began selling Malibu Boats and Arctic Cats in 1993, H.O. and Hyperlite Sports in 1994 and picked up the Arctic Cats ATV line in1996, and added Moomba Boats in 1998.
